Day 3

So, with the pictures that I post . . . I am wondering if I should post the embroidery work with the kids modeling or just the items themselves.  On my facebook page I had a request to see the kids wearing what I had sewn for them.  Up to this point I have just  downloaded pictures of the items, no beautiful baby faces.  Since nobdy else is reading the blog at this point but me I guess that I will have to decide.

Went to the driving range yesterday afternoon.  ARGH!!!:(  I think I am getting progeressively worse with each lesson I take.  That is seriously depressing.  Tomorrow I have another lesson at 1 pm.  If things don't start improving pretty soon I may just have to give up the game of golf.  It used to be that I hit a mean 7 iron, can't even to that anymore.  Everything is all messed up.  And, what is up with me and my driver?  That club drives me crazy.  The head on that club is HUGE.  I'm not small but that thing totally intimidates me.

I will say that I am learning how to get out of the bunker and that seems to be going okay.  Before that lesson I had absolutely no clue what I was doing in the sand.  At least now I know what I should be doing if only my club would respond.

Starting a new eating plan.  Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat for Health.  My husband's doctor recommended to him so that he could lose the weight he hasn't been able to drop.  It's easier if we are both eating the same thing and I am definitely into eating healthy foods and food that is good for your body.  I think we will give it a go for a few weeks and see what happens.  It is extremely difficult for my husband to stick with an eating plan of any kind.  He likes to eat what he wants when he wants . . . thus the need for the diet :)

This morning we had a smoothie.  It was decent.  Recipe follows directly from Dr. Fuhrman's book.  He gets all the credit.  All I did was to whir everything up in the blender.

Drink and enjoy (I added that :))
